In this article, the author examines related topics: totalitarianism, crowd psychology and collective responsibility. The subject matter of paper is specified in introduction. Then, phenomenon totalitarianism defined possible reasons for its universal nature longevity are listed. second segment article devoted to an analysis mass psychology, as inevitable companion totalitarianism.
